I want to cancel my bus booking. What should I do?
If a new customer makes an id by clicking on the ‘Login’ button at the top right corner, then you can cancel the bus ticket from your id. But in case you made the booking without it, then call our customer care and the ticket will be canceled.

I missed my bus. Do I get a refund?
BusStation provides a 100% refund if the bus is missed due to either BusStation or its’ partner company's fault. However, if you miss the bus due to any other reason not directly related to BusStation, then no refund is provided.
How can I get a refund in case I cancel my bus ticket?
Your bus ticket will be refunded after you cancel it and refund will reach you in 3-4 working days. However, the cancellation amount will depend on the bus tour operator you have chosen.
